Ulrike is educated as a health scientist and a medical assistant. She joined admedicum in September 2015. Beyond managing and executing various projects with a focus on patient engagement and patient access, she operates strategic and organizational processes within the company.

More than 12 years of experience in healthcare:
- Over 4 years of working experience in conducting various projects relating to patient engagement and patient access for international pharmaceutical and medtech companies
- Designing, developing and conducting interviews, round tables, focus groups, etc. with patients, caregivers, and HCPs
- Transforming patients’ experiences into co-creation approaches and concrete business models
- Experienced in compliant and transparent collaboration with patient organizations
- More than 11 years of working experience in the health care sector including 8 years of working experience as a medical assistant in the fields of cardiology, general and internal medicine as well as surgery and emergency medicine
- Experience in working with patients, relatives, and caregivers in various indications
- Particular expertise in project management and organizational operations
- Patient-oriented consultancy for the healthcare industry
Education
Ulrike graduated with honors in Health Care Management (B.Sc.) at University of Applied Sciences, Krefeld (2015)
During her studies, she focused on e-health solutions and worked in different telemedicine centers as well as in emergency care.

Ulrike is educated as a Medical Assistant, Dresden (2010)
During her training and work experience, she worked in different in-patient and out-patient medical practices and medical centers in various indications with a focus on cardiology and internal medicine. Ulrike also gathered experience in the fields of general medicines, surgery, pulmonology, and emergency care. Furthermore, she gained skills in patient training, hygiene, and quality management.
